Last weekend I joined up with John and Kristen to run the March Mad Dash<\/a> 10 mile race. \u00a0It was a really great event that I hope to run again next year!<\/p>\n

I finished the 10 miles in 1:39:47 at a 9:59 pace. \u00a0This placed me 102nd overall<\/a> and 16th in my 30-39 age group<\/a>. \u00a0I am definitely feeling motivated to build speed in my interval training and move forward towards the marathon!<\/p>\n
