I&#8217;m super excited to get involved in the 3d printer. There were no instructions included in the box or on the printrbot website. EDIT: This was a problem with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.printrbottalk.com\/forum\/viewtopic.php?f=15&amp;t=1437\">Rev. B boards but the Rev. D boards have the jumper default closed.<\/a><\/del><br \/>\n<del> &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.printrbottalk.com\/forum\/viewtopic.php?f=29&amp;t=1392\">Check for too high slew rates in software.<\/a><\/del><em><em><br \/>\n&#8211; Switched to the PC version of Pronter and everything worked fine.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><em><em>MINTEMP threshold error.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; The extruder temperature probe isn&#8217;t properly hooked up.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EuekFCmDdaw\">Youtube video Printrbot Build 15 @ 8:15.<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/open3dp.me.washington.edu\/2012\/05\/printrboard-wired-up-and-ready-to-go\/\">Image of a correctly hooked up printrbot board.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><em><em>Printrbot bed in video has a blue bed but mine doesn&#8217;t.<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>&#8211; This appears to be just blue painters tape.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.printrbottalk.com\/forum\/viewtopic.php?f=70&amp;t=1566\"> See forum post about first print.<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; I presume this has something to do with leveling the plate.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; I think the only way to know if this is a problem is to test the extruder.<br \/>\n&#8211; Revisit this after getting the motor drivers working.<\/li>\n<li><em>Horizontal table falls over at extent of travel.<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Youtube video: printrbot-jr-build-02 @ 2:10 shows the sliding stop in operation.<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MtoifjlWOdc#t=2m10s<\/li>\n<li><em>End stops didn&#8217;t appear to have been pre-set.<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0The endstops are set in the &#8220;Getting started with your Printrbot.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; Brook installs the Y- and Z-axis bolts in printrbot-jr-build-06 @ 8:45.<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rhyzRKJ8g8U#t=8m45s<\/li>\n<li><em>Z-axis bolt was awkward to set into place.<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; I think that this is not a big deal, just be careful you don&#8217;t drop the extruder into the bed.<\/li>\n<li><em>Feet are not level.<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; I&#8217;ve gotta get a level and get this sorted with sandpaper.
